Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment
   • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project
   • Remaining 50% due upon delivery of first draft
   • Revisions will not begin until full payment is received
2. Turnaround Time
   • First draft delivered within 7*10 business days from deposit
   • Revisions delivered within 48 business hours after client feedback
3. Revisions
   • Includes up to 3 revisions
   • Each additional revision is $50 per revision
   • Revisions cover minor changes only (lyrics, melody tweaks, arrangement edits); complete overhauls may incur additional fees
4. Ownership & Royalties
   • Sounds by Sébas retains 100% copyright of all compositions
   • Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the song for commercial release
   • All songwriting royalties are retained by Sounds by Sébas (registered with PROs such as ASCAP/BMI)(Writer credited as Sebastian Navarro Blake)
   • Songwriting credit (“Written by Sebastian Navarro Blake”) must be included in all liner notes, metadata, or wherever credits are listed
5. Usage
   • Client may use the song for distribution, performance, and promotion
   • Client may not sell, sublicense, or claim authorship of the work
   • Mastering, publishing, and distribution are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon
6. Buyout Option (Optional)
   • A full copyright buyout may be available for an additional fee (starting at $1,500+)
   • In a buyout scenario, terms will be negotiated separately and must be agreed upon in writing
7. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made after work has begun forfeit the deposit
   • If the project is canceled after the first draft is delivered, full payment is still required
8. Delivery Format
   • Final files delivered as WAV stems (raw, unmastered)
   • Additional formats, e.g. MP#, MIDI, etc…) available upon request
9. Communication
   • All shared ideas, references, and demos are confidential and will not be distributed or repurposed without permission
